"Roof replaced in one day. Project managers went above and beyond from point of inspection of roof and work needed, making minor repairs to prevent leaks if it rained prior to scheduled day, and follow through to gutter replacements. This was the only company that recommended we contact the insurance company because of roof damage found on their inspection, thereby saving us about 75% out of pocket (never would have thought to contact the house insurer otherwise)."

"Frankie Contractor did an outstanding job on my roof. I would highly recommend Frankie Contractor for any roof repairs or replacement. The job was done on time and the area around the house was cleared of all debris when the project was completed."

"After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email as I am currently deployed overseas.

"I picked out all higher end materials. He installed them all meticulously at an extremely fair price. Jake is very professional and trust worthy. He strives to provide his customers with the highest customer service and job satisfaction. I highly recommend him. No job is too big or too small."

"I can't say enough good things about this company.  I was not able to make the kitchen larger, but I wanted more cabinet space and counter,  Jeff had great ideas about how to accomplish this. He is very knowledgeable.  He designed  a new layout that included moving the sink from the corner to under the window.  This gave more useful counter space between the stove and sink.  He gave me great advice about quality cabinets, sink and granite counter top. The linoleum floor was replaced with porcelain tile.  Ugly florescent lighting was replaced with recessed lights and a fan.  The crew did a great job installing everything.  They are meticulous workers. I am very happy with the kitchen.  It's beautiful!  I highly recommend this company."

"I recommend to all my friends and family! 10/10 service!"

"We needed a deck repaired for a vacation home and Shawn from DPO responded promptly. He provided a fair and informative estimate and communicated effectively about scheduling and completing the job. The work was completed exactly as stated and Shawn made it all easy to cross this repair off our list! We are very pleased and already planning yo reach out to him for another project."

"Extremely well. Upfront fees were not required which was a plus. The work was performed in a timely manner. I was overall impressed with the entire roof replacement. Great job!"

"Very professional, reasonably priced, honest, easy to work with and the roofers arrived on time and cleaned up all debris from my yard. I was very pleased with the work performed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair and replacement."

"Kenny was fantastic!!!! Very responsive, punctual and BEST pricing. (Trust me, I called many other companies) I have had major roof and chimney issues from a “bad” roofing job that I couldn’t get anyone to fix. Kenny came out right away, assessed the situation. Kenny and his crew spent a day trying different fixes. To make it a short story, he fixed the leaking roof and chimney and our home is finally back to normal. Thank you Kenny!!!!l"
