"Overall wonderful experience. I called on Tuesday, August 13th and asked when they would be able to come out. They weren't available until Monday the 19th, but the only other place I called quoted me a price that was 4 times what Taylor's had told me, so I decided to sit tight. They called earlier in the week to verify the address I had given and to confirm the date. I wasn't given a time window, so at ten o'clock today I called and asked if they had an idea when the service technician would be coming out. They told me the technician had us scheduled from 12-3. At 12:05 Taylor's called and let us know that the technician was on the way. He was at our house within 25 minutes. Chad was an awesome technician. He told us what was going on and didn't pressure sales of unnecessary parts or service.
