"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"These guys did an amazing job. Their work ethic is out of this world. Even when it came time for the cleanup they did not miss a beat. No nails or any debris let anywhere. I am talking about on the driveway, grass, yard, or even our neighbors yards. They were that thorough. I would give them a 10 out 10. These guys were very professional. "Amanda was really very good! At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it. It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about. I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"We hired TBF for our bathroom remodel. We were happy with the outcome of our project and our bathroom looks great. The only area that we were dissatisfied with was a time managment aspect. When we were originally quoted by this company we were told by their Operations Manager that the project should take no more than 4 days. Well the project ended up taking nearly a month to complete. I specifically asked whether they would be at our home everyday until the work was completed and I was told that they would be, but that was not the case at all. There were many days that no one showed up to do any work or bothered to call and let us know."
