He called us to meet at his office and go over the prices at our convenience. We decided on the metal roof over an asphalt roof because there was not a whole lot of difference in price. They were pretty quick in getting it installed. We only had one problem. I went to use my washing machine and it wouldn't drain properly. We found out something had falling down a pipe from the roof that lead into the drain for the washing machine. Don Reed was very good about paying the cost of having it fixed. As soon as we let him know our HOA Architectural Committee approved the installation, Lonnie installed the screen in a few hours.
