In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done.
