"I had Gutter Helmet installed a few years ago by a previous franchise owner.  The Helmet was not installed properly, it caused damage and when they came to fix it they left dents in the Helmet.  I went to the Home Show this year and spoke with Kevin.  He came out to the house - and since I was getting a new roof - the Helmet had to be removed.  Kevin indicated that the damaged areas would be replaced when the Helmet was re-installed. Well, Gutter Helmet was here yesterday.  To my surprise, the entire Helmet was replaced.  The owner of Gutter Helmet not only stood behind his lifetime warranty, he made right what the old franchise owner did wrong.  And now, I have a new Lifetime Warranty.   This company has my gratitude and my business for a lifetime!

They were honest to say how I don’t need gutter in our front entrance area as it wouldn’t look great and wouldn’t really do the job. It saved me some money. They also gave me option on leaf protection which I definitely took as our house is surrounded by trees. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work.
