Shoe molding and cost did not come into question until I started asking about the possible removal of my base molding. Both bathroom walls were left with technicians' hand print smears. I expected to pay more due to engaging a professional company. Anticipated more transparency and made to feel conflicted in choosing Paul' Tile when I made a request into the company related to quality and pricing of the tile; I only wanted to have some written description of pricing per unit and quality of the tile I selected. Never received any descriptive correspondence on the tile in my bathrooms; only a verbal that the company uses good products and that I got a discount."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
