"It was an LED light which was hanging out of a high quality below cabinet range hood. A new light had been supplied by the Cosmo company under warranty. Greg was able to replace the light without dismantling the range hood. It only took him 10 minutes. Greg is very friendly, respectful and polite As well as professional. We would definitely use him for any future odd job or appliance repair needs."

I feel the parts and labor were high.  Work was done while my wife was at home and she didn't know much about what they were recommending. They did explain by phone to me before hand. Also, I got no detailed report on the multi part inspection that supposedly came with my heater flush. My receipt simply said "repair heater" next to the $340 charge.  I definitely wouldn't use again.

"They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top.They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub."

"He started working right after the contract was signed.  I was not expecting the work to start so soon but he started on the prep work. First he started in the hallway stripping the wallpaper and prepping the area to be painted. Next he applied blue tape to the areas to be painted in the dining room . He then helped to move small items from the Dining Room.  He covered the remaining furniture with plastic.  The next day  he scraped the popcorn from the ceiling mudded and applied the first coats of paint.  He would switch between working on the ceiling, to painting the hall, and painting the back stairway. By the end of the day the work on small hall and back stairway was complete.  The next day he finished painting the Dining Room ceiling.  He then started and finished painting the wood work and walls in the Dining Room.  He started and finished the door last.

He examined what I needed done, and explained in good detail what it would take to get it done properly. I received about nine estimates in all for my project. Mr. Ray's pricing estimate was higher than several other companies who provided estimates for my project. As a result, I did not hire him to do the work. However, he did provide a no-cost estimate. Not all HVAC companies do that. He also explained to me the benefits of a zoned HVAC system, and left a very nice brochure showing the benefits of that. I may be looking into getting that done in the future."
