Tile, grout, fixtures, tile boards, etc. This way we had control of some of the expenses. Plumber and tilers were very easy to work with since most of the dirty work was already done. Making it easier to finish their work quickly."

It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "Faulty plumbing performed as part of the required renovation resulted in leak into the downstairs ceiling (which was addressed promptly but the ceiling tile was still damaged) and damage to the tub surround during the install had to be repaired with a color match kit (which looks acceptable) but shouldn't have happened. Price was fair and the work was completed on time. Ultimately we are pleased with the final product and are okay with the fixes performed to address the damage done."
