He was knowledgeable, thorough, persistent in finding the cause of the problem, neat, helpful, and kind. He found and explained the problem, then fixed it completely (until or unless the same drain block happens again). It took some hard work and time but he was patient and efficient in getting it done. The microwave turned out to be an electrical issue but he explained the possible causes in an understandable way. I got a call from the scheduler at 7:47 the following morning. The scheduler promised a plumber would show up between 10-2 and he would call before he came. He called at about 11:30, was there 15 minutes later, spent about 10 minutes to fix the problem, then showed me what the problem was and what I can do if it happens again.
