He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. "John did a fabulous job of giving our powder room a needed facelift. First he removed the existing sink and toilet (toilet was saved and reinstalled). He then tiled a rather complicated design layout using pencil tile details, subway tile and accent tile. The tile was picked out by us but John implemented the layout. He then reinstalled the toilet and a new vanity as well as overhead lighting, outlets and switch plates. John gave a lot of attention to details and care in keeping the worksite neat. His price for the job was very fair! This was NOT the first time John has done a home project for us.....we've used his skills for the last 20 years! If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does! He's the best!"
