"The large soffit on our 100+ year-old prairie-style house needed painting, as well as some minor carpentry repairs.  The two painters from Drake did an excellent job on the repairs and painting, and finished the job in one day, as the <br /> estimator had predicted, for a very reasonable cost.  They were conscientious, thorough, and a pleasure to have work on our house. <br />   <br />"

"Casey came on time (although a little early) on his first visit. He did a thorough inspection of the roof , first with me from the ground, and then he climbed to the roof for a closer look. He also checked my attic. He gave me what repairs are needed (renail some lifted shingles and replace ridge vent shingles) and gave me a quote later that day. Casey was accessible by email or phone for any further questions. On the scheduled day of work, he dropped off materials and gave instructions to his roofers. He stopped by the next morning, climbed up the roof to inspect the completed work to make sure nothing was missed and removed the garbage bag of replaced shingles. Overall, Casey was very polite and answered any questions I had. He was also thorough with his inspections. The work was on the expensive side but I felt that it was worth it based on the quality and the service and advice provided. I will be calling him again for roof inspection and roof replacement."
