"Friendly, professional and very courteous. After a close lightning strike my oven wasn't working. Tech came and assessed he couldn't find problem as the 220 line was damaged. After electricians came and fixed that problem, he came back that same day the found the problem and ordered the part. Oven is working even without the part that we are still waiting to be delivered.
