He came out and gave us a analysis and quote within 1 day.  We were reluctant to trust a contractor based on

My trust was well placed.  They came out and put a mind boggling amout of equipment

then cleaned and disinfected our basement.
This was an unpleasant project and a lot of work.

If your basement was sheet rocked in the 70-80's,
you may want to  explore whats behind the drywall.
Basements require special remodeling practices and

We can't say enough of how pleased we were with him and the two individuals who did most of the work for us. If we had to leave a message on Denny's cell, he always called us back promptly. He was very patient in explaining what and how the work would be done. The installers were pleasant and very hard workers. They arrived on time every morning and worked until dark. We would never have believed that this job would run so smoothly. The installers were also very careful about picking up any materials and not doing damage to our property. If we could say anything detrimental at all, it was that we wished they could have started the job sooner. That was not their fault though. The only reason for the delayed start was that all of our neighbors for several square miles had damage to their property as well and there are only so many jobs that can be done at one time.
