"From my first phone call to Mid Michigan Tree Trimming Services, (810) 837-3588, to inquire about getting our backyard trees trimmed, till the day they came and completed the work, we had nothing but professionalism from this company. They came the very next day after my call and spoke with us about what we wanted done to open the view in our backyard, which is on the river. The two gentlemen went step by step with us as we pointed out what we wanted removed. They gave us a quote and two days later we enlisted them for the job. Within the week, a crew of three professional tree trimmers arrived to do the trimming and removable of the large tree limbs, shrubs and leftover logs from one of our own projects. Their “tree climber” (which many companies no longer have. Most companies now want to use the high/low machines which would have been impossible in our precariously shaped backyard, on the hillside.) Jake, their climber, knew exactly how to get up into our tall trees and trim the overhanging branches. His safety equipment was impressive. It was amazing to see how they worked together to complete the job and open the view in our backyard. Without a doubt, if we ever need anymore tree work, we know exactly who we will call. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
