Every week he'd tell us who was coming and when and what they would do, and half of the time no one showed up and when they did very little was accomplished. For months he made promises about deadlines, missed those deadlines, made new promises, broke those, and so on. After six months of very little progress on our bathroom remodel, we finally had to hire another company to do the work. We never received many of the goods or services we already paid for."
