"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

"I have been dealing with RJ Groner for years and there workers are very respectful and helpful but the prices are higher than they should be. I just replaced my kitchen drain and the tailpipe that connects to it underneath for 500 dollars. I understand the service charge , labor and part of the nut that now connects to my new drain but 500 is way steep . So it’s not the workers but the pricing that should be more reasonable , this job the pricing is extremely high . "
