"He is very knowledgeable, and had a lot of information to share with me about my salt water pool to help me to understand how best to maintain it, and even provided some chemicals for me to use between his weekly visits. He is very responsive and always answers my calls, and said he'd come out for urgent needs at no extra charge if something happens before he's scheduled to be here."

"It's hard to find good pool maintenance help that is reliable in Lake Havasu. I've heard horror stories from various friends and families about their pool cleaning service experiences - so we feel fortunate. Our pool builder, Desert Storm custom pools set us up with a 1 month trial for Everclear, and I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the service AND the communication. Our pool looks great, they've helped with the complete water cycle when it needed it, auto fill repair, and various other minor things, but important ones at that."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
