"I thought I had a sewer pipe break because I had a continual wet spot in the carpet and had no other pipes in that area. Holland ran a camera through the pipe but found no breakage. Then he started asking me about possible sources for the leak. Of course, being an 'expert' I said there was no way the water was coming from anything in the kitchen because I had already checked that so he went to the dishwasher and stuck his little finger in the crack between the cabinet and the dishwasher and sure enough, it was wet! Evidently the water was seeping under the kitchen tiles, running about 15 feet and coming up in the den carpet. I couldn't see the leak shining a flashlight on that spot. Note to self: Stop diagnosing problems and let the experts do it!"

"Had everything on the truck to repair the toilet. Did a great job. After using their plumbing division for a toilet repair, I had them look at one of our central A/C units. In the end, I now have an A/C company that I trust and will use going forward. Originally, the tech thought the condensate line was blocked because we had water in the carpet. He cleaned the lines at both AC units. Still had wet carpeting a day or so later. They came back out and determined that the condensate pan under the coil had a crack in it. They looked to order a replacement coil with pan and since I have had replaced the coil twice in three years already from Amana, I asked them to give me a price on a new Trane system. Price was fair. They applied the cost for the earlier mistake against the cost of the new system. Install done in one day. I thought they did a good job. I was really impressed that they sent someone back out in a day or two to review the installation. He was very particular when it came to the little details that no one else would notice. He re-scheduled someone to come back and said that he would come back again if we needed a tutorial on the state of the art thermostat with the phone app. These guys recovered from their small mistake. They worked hard for my business and showed me what great customer service can be. Once again, we finally have an AC company that I will use from now on."
