"Usually these places have you drop the system off and it takes several days and they don't offer any extra services for the three days or more you don't have your computer. Well, Bill is different. He makes house calls, which I've never found before. He is very professional AND friendly. Within two minutes of turning on the system he found three viruses that my antivirus missed. He even saw that my system was 9 years old and the games I'd loaded had overworked the system. So, he offered memory upgrades to my system that no other computer repair company has in that nine year period. When it was obvious that scanning the system for viruses would take several hours, He COULD have offered to take my computer overnight or longer like most companies would. Instead, he arranged a remote connection and I would be able to keep the computer at home and he would do the virus removal from his place. It would be finished that night and when I would wake up the next day, I would still have my computer at my house. The antivirus service cost less than any other computer repair I've been to. While the upgrades added more to the bill than I had intended to spend I knew it was needed for a few years now and was intending to find someone to do that work. I watched him do the upgrades and he obviously knew what he was doing and the work was done quickly and expertly."
