"If you need crown molding or toe kick covers installed then it is fine. Perhaps that's what warrants the 5 stars on this site & it is the reason I hired Mr. Pulla but here is my honest and professional opinion. Not a man of his word. Disrespectful of your time. Mr. Pulla initially gave me one price then shows up and says he changed the way he was going to do the job and therefore more money and more time and a lot messier. He did not consider showing me the finished product before mounting it. He gives you a time he will arrive and does so 2 hours later. Shelves were not sanded, he just stained 12x2 and lacquered, not refined. One shelf is off level by 1/4 thought he was more knowledgeable. From 5 feet away it is not noticeable so I let it go, however, I will always know and it would have been cheaper to get 6 upper cabinets."

"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

Joel was clear, thoughtful about when he could come and was on time. He did excellent work and always completed the jobs. sometimes he needed a reminder about tidying up at the end, but always did so willingly and with good grace. i highly recommend him"

"Hugh's three workers were fantastic. They completed the work on the deck replacement in a day-and-a-half. The work was done cleanly with no damage to the landscaping that is so close to the project. Clean up when the project was completed is superior to any other we had done in the past. The refurbished storm door looks brand new and is a welcoming addition to the project. Hugh contacted us the same day as our request and showed up for the initial estimate on time. "I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. "John fixed a door knob I installed myself on a door with a pre-existing hole for an old door knob.  The door knob wasn't turning properly, the strike plate wasn't aligned properly and the hole was too big for the door knob.  John fixed everything in like 30 minutes, was professional and courteous.  Will be calling him again for future projects.
