"I went to get a quote in August for shower doors. I met with Katie and she was helpful with giving me some ideas and quoted me pricing for sliding doors and hinged doors in oil rubbed bronze. I did my part in shopping for 2 other quotes but the quality, professionalism and flexibility was beyond any other company. "Pipes froze after the burner went out in our weekend home during a week with subfreezing temperatures. We called Curt and he arrived with his men and took control of the situation, thawing out the house with pans in place to catch the water and minimize further damage. Then it came to finding and fixing all the holes in the frozen pipes, including the ones inside the wall. At this point, he checked to make sure the level of insulation in those hard to reach places was at the level it needed to be, so that to reduce the chance of this happening again in the future. Finally, the walls had to be repaired and repainted, which made everything look better than ever. At the end of the job, he sent a house cleaner in to mop and dust, and it was like they were never there. <br /> In a situation like this, Curt's calm and courteous manner was greatly appreciated, but, as important, he was prompt, reliable and does high-quality work. During the time he was working at the house, he sent pictures to us so that we could see how the work progressing and also have them as documentation for the insurance company. He was also willing to meet with the insurance adjuster and be there when the oil company came to fix the burner. We have nothing but good things to say about Curt and the work he does, and we plan to be working with him again soon."
