"The work went well. It was very messy so I recommend anyone hiring this contractor to be prepared for just how messy this project can be. My floors, carpets and furniture were so covered in material leftover from sanding that it took us three days to clean. Everything was white as snow. Also, do not wet the sanding debris, make sure you dry wipe, sweep and vacuum before wiping things down with anything damp/wet. Again, can't stress enough that the final product was great, but the process is messy. Be prepared."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "The owner showed up on time to check out my project, he listened to what I had to say then made suggestions and explained each one. That gave me options. We agreed as what was to be done, I had a quote and when they could start that same day. I thought his quote was very fair and agreed on a start date. My project was to replace the ceiling in my mud room due to a roof leak. Two workers showed up on time and removed the old ceiling in one day. They covered everything including the floor before they started, they replaced the insulation and drywall the next day. After taping and sanding, they were not satisfied with the sanding and came back the next day to sand. Bottom line I think they did an excellent job, the price was fair, I would recommend them."
