"I met Richard Allbritton owner of Holy Water Plumbing almost a year ago. He installed a tankless system and installed an all house purification system at that time. Both of which was the best changes I could have made. My house regulator failed two days ago and I called Richard this past Monday (memorial day) even though it’s almost a year since I’ve seen him and even though he was away on vacation he still answered my phone call. He told me he was starting a large job the next day but he would find the time to come by. He came over and even though it was at the end of the day, when he was obviously tired and the replacement part that that he picked up that morning, new in the box when he installed it was defective he still took the time to return it to his supplier some twenty minutes away and returned with the replacement part and installed it just to keep me from being inconvenienced. "It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"

"Zach is one of those men you have a good feeling about the moment you speak to him.  He came to give me an estimate a few days after I spoke with him and it was very reasonable.  He and his crew of two others were so incredibly nice when they arrived.  I had initially just needed the gas line for the kitchen range.  The day before they were to arrive, I had a dishwasher delivered by Home Depot that was not able to be installed.  I called Zach and left him a message asking if he could install the dishwasher as well.  So with hardly any notice, they stayed an extra hour and did that as well.  I was very happy with the work they completed and with how pleasant they all were.  I will definitely be using All Ways for all my future plumbing needs!  Honest and hard working!  Thanks guys!!

"Ok, the two plumbers that showed up were professional and easy to deal with, and it did help solve the problem I was having. 
There was nothing blocking the pipe, it turned out to be a simple screw in vent that is under the sink, a $25 part. They did not have the part. I went to Lowe's later that day and purchased and replaced it myself. They were there 10 minutes and charged me $140, seemed like a bit much for what they did or didn't do.  
The only other complaint I would have had would be the initial lack of response, which may not have even been their fault, it could be Angie's List for all I know. I initially contacted them through the Angie's list site (email) late one evening thinking I would get a call sometime the next day, that never happened. The day after that I called them and asked if they ever got my email, they said no, so who knows. I told them they may want to check with Angie's List and make sure they have the correct contact info. From that point on they were very responsive and solved my problem.

"I submitted on Labor Day, and Ray called back within 2 minutes. Scott was 5 minutes late, got right to work, and had fixed the flush valve and realigned the flange and reseated the toilet all within 1 1/2 hours. Excellent work without dawdling. Will definitely use again and refer."
