"<p>They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. "I contacted Total Premier Construction after a bad toilet installation caused a massive leak and required us to rip out our entire Master Bathroom. I met with and got quotes from several companies for the plumbing repair and bathroom remodel, and decided on TPC. I liked the fact that they had expertise in plumbing, and after meeting with William I felt comfortable that their experience in bathroom renovations was what I needed. Dave and Brandon were at my home within days and got started on the remodel. They paid attention to every detail, from protecting my floors and bedroom furniture, to ensuring every tile was straight and every surface was level; they also corrected the original plumbing issue. They installed subway tile with a large niche, a jetted tub, quartz shower bench, floor tile, toilet, vanity, mirror, and lighting. They were courteous and mindful the entire time, worked well and got done sooner than expected. Most importantly, the finish on our bathroom is First Class. We couldn't be happier and would recommend TPC, William, Brandon, and Dave all in a heartbeat."

"The plumber told me that in order to put the collars on the house he would need to take out some of the stucco to get to the water pipes. He said the hole would be approx the size of the bottom of a 2 liter coke bottle, it was actually a little smaller. He also said that in this charge of 340.00 it would include patching the stucco to make it look as close to the original as possible.  <br /> After the work was finished he told my wife that he was through and she pointed out the holes in the side of the house below each faucet, he stated that I should probably fill them with something. She said that she wanted them filled so he went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray foam to fill them with. <br /> I spoke to him after I arrived and told him I wanted the stucco put in the holes, he said he would come back the next day and do that. I also asked him to bring a cap for the sewer clean out and a flapper for the toilet that wasn't working properly. He completed the work the next day and gave my wife a bill for 140.00 for the work. The largest portion of the work was supposed to be included in the original price. He would not acknowledge that he had told each of us originally that he would fill these holes with stucco after doing the work. <br />"

"We were having the problem in only one bathroom so because they couldn't come out until Monday wasn't a big issue. David showed up promptly as promised and surveyed the issue. He felt the problem was not with the bathroom, but rather the drain line to/from the sewer pipe going to the city. He scoped the line to the street & the scope revealed that a recent back up had occurred & in his opinion felt this had been the cause of our problem. David was very professional, courteous and someone who easily related to the consumer. A good plumbing experience!!!"
