Our most recent project had a permit issue which was caused by our builder. The Visionary crew just happened to be onsite and I was so grateful. While the builder was making excuses, the Visionary owner, Kipp, jumped into action and solved the issue (unrelated to Visionary) without hesitation. They plowed through obstacles they did not create, made the difficult look easy without complaining, and minimized the delay. Kipp is always heavily involved from vision to completion.
