"When we had a few referred contractors fall through, we found John on Angie's List and are happy we did. We needed to get new flooring and our backsplash tiled. He was responsive, came out right away to give us an estimate. We asked if he would be able to work within our timeline and he was. He put in the LVT flooring throughout our kitchen, living room and hallway - it's beautiful and tiled the backsplash, also lovely. When we ran into an issue with our hood venting he was able to fix that with no issues. We were able to order all the materials through him and the cost includes materials and labor. The pricing wasn't much different than a big box store, and being able to work directly with him and not a third party was much nicer. We will use him again when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"

"We hired Stan to do our kitchen remodel. I had 4 other contractors give me bids. Two would only give me a rough estimate unless I wanted to spend $5,000-$15,000 thousand for their designers. One other one gave me a loose bid but it wasn’t the contractor that came out it was a lady who worked for them. Stan was the last one to come out and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much after all the others. He was professional, prepared with questions that no one else asked like; what kind of counters with pamphlets to look at so he could give me a proper estimate and what kind of backsplash and cabinets I wanted. He took measurements, gave me some advice on things to do and not. By the time he left I was impressed and sold! I told my husband if he comes back and its compative then we found our guy. When His estimate came in it was broken down, easy to read and fair! He was hired! Stan did an outstanding job on the remodel. He was everything you want in a contractor-fair, hardworking, honest, punctual and kind. His work is beautiful and he is a bit of a perfectionist. One of the cabinets had apparently some chips at the very top (I couldn’t see it!) so he took it off and took it back to the cabinet makers to have them repaint it for us. He worked long hours to make sure it was done and right! Also having four littles at home, I was a bit nervous about having a bunch of guys coming in and out of my home. Everyone that Stan brought in my house were kind and respectful. So as my kids called him, Stan the Man is the only contractor I will ever use and we are already talking with him about finishing our loft space. Do yourself a favor and call him, you wont be sorry! His work will speak for itself!"

"I could not be happier than I am with these guys! Rob and Roy were (a) always on time; (b) did exactly what they said they would do; (c) kindly addressed a couple of other minor fix-it issues that I had; and (d) were just great people to work with! The new walkway looks very nice."

"I received quotes from 3 contractors on the remodeling of 2 bathrooms. Each quote was well over my budget. I emailed Ron Houghton to explain my project and tell him what my budget was. He called quickly and explained that by working together we could achieve what I wanted at the price I wanted. We met soon after and made a plan that would fit my budget and that I would be happy with. I felt that he truly listened to me and offered many helpful suggestions. I was confident that he was the right person for me to hire. My top priority was to have someone in my home that I felt comfortable with and was trustworthy, as I live alone. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. Ron was professional in every way. He kept me informed, asked for my opinion, cleaned up thoroughly daily. He went out of his way to assist me; brought in garbage cans, disposed of old paint, and petted my crazy dogs. Little things matter! The crews that Ron hired to come in were also very courteous and professional. I am thrilled with my bathrooms! I am highly recommending Ron Houghton for any remodeling needs. You will not be disappointed."

"Great team to work with, quality work, they go out of their way to please the customer. We were doing a living room and front deck expansion project and Paul and his team delivered a beautiful completed project and on budget. "I hired NWCF for some home remodeling projects, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. They were professional, got the job done efficiently, and made sure everything was spot-on. Paul, was great â super detail-oriented. They were always on time, respectful of my schedule. Plus, they were quick to tackle any unexpected issues and keep things rolling. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor."

"Hired integrity construction to raise a small section of an attic ceiling to match the height and shape of the rest of the ceiling and to make a half bath bigger by moving a wall into some dead space. Their framing, drywall installation, mudding and taping were excellent. Their suggestions on how to make the bathroom bigger were great and resulted in a tiny half bath becoming a roomy one. These people know their stuff. Will definitely call them again for my next remodeling project."

"He was always on time, very efficient, and cleanly. Everything came out perfectly and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for remodel/home improvement work."

"Boss PDX did an exceptional job gutting and remodeling my 1930s home in Portland. The house needed a complete makeover, and the team and BOSS PDX was able to deliver all aspects of the job - from installing bathroom fans to making a first floor laundry room to painting. I highly recommend Sean and his team for professional and knowledgeable contractors. Sean is also honest, tidy, and dependable! Very important traits that can be hard to find in this line of work."
