The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "After consulting with four companies, I decided to hire Amazing Skylights because they were the only company able to do it all at fair prices: install roof drip edges, replace rotten facia wood and gutter, and install gutter guards. Other companies offered temporary solutions (only replace gutter/facia but not install missing drip edges, which means high likelihood of more rotten fascia in the future) at outrageous prices or tried to upsell by recommending that I replace the entire roof. The owner, Ritch, earned my trust and loyalty by providing honest assessments of what is needed with great professionalism, communication, and patience throughout. His team monitored the quality of the installs closely and provided photos of work that was completed. When there was a minor adjustment to be made post-install, he quickly responded with a service call under their warranty.
