I needed a simple leak fixed in my gas water heater?a job that took no more than 10?15 minutes?and the cost was outrageously high. Their customer service was equally frustrating. They were rude, unhelpful, and promised to call me back but never did. The lack of professionalism was obvious at every step. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
