"Zack came out within a couple hours of my call. He saw the problem was in the main line and cleared it in just a couple of minutes after he found the main line clogged. Zack was extremely nice and polite. He check the main line after clearing it with a camera and showed that the line was clear. Zack knew what he was doing and did all he could to protect our property from any more water damage. If I every have another problem I would call Zack. He is GREAT!"

"So, the first one to come and inspect and give an estimate was a different company; if we hadn’t had Prince William Plumbing out here after that, this other company might have scammed us out of many thousands of dollars by replacing our main service line. Prince William Plumbing did a much more thorough investigation and discovered that the problem was a connection to the sprinkler system and not the main line. They saved us so much money, while also being incredibly professional. Even the techs that came out to do the work were awesome. Truly great people at this company."

"I highly recommend this company. They provide quality services. When I need advice, they provide it promptly."

"Andre was great, came in and fixed a problem with our GFI circuit that other electricians had missed. Was also able to figure out why our lights were flickering and fix the issue. Highly recommend this company."

"Moisés and Oscar did a great job. They were on-time, professional and explained in detail the process of detecting where the problem was with the HVAC system. I’m glad they identified the low pressures along the refrigerant lines. I’m glad they were able to recharge the line the same day. The prices were reasonable and I’m looking to calling them again for regular/maintenance inspections."

"The issue with the train was corrected and the technicians answered all my questions and tested the line and everything works properly now. Extremely satisfied with the work that was done."

"Had an emergency as hvac unit started flooding basement. David Cannon came out from John C. Flood immediately, and cleared out the blockages to the pipes and drains, plus explained in a very easy way to understand about how often the filter needed to be changed with a new dog in the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly. I will be calling John C. Flood again, especially knowing they are available 24/7 and knowing how competent their specialists are."
