"Steve ******* and ‘my crew’ of Jodi, Bob, and Allen at Easter Fence did amazing work rebuilding the balcony and repairing of the adjoining walls at my condominium. I had searched for many months for a contractor willing to tackle the job. This included coordinating with the owner above me who also hired Easter to do his balcony. From the beginning Steve gave very quick responses and kept me informed. There were many road blocks to work around and multiple people and organizations to please for both him and the crew . Despite many distractions including a multitude of annoying squirrels, my hovering over their work and many people passing by, the crew stayed focused on getting the work done and getting it done right. They worked as if they were doing it for friends, family or working on their own home. From start to finish they were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew was very considerate of the neighbor below me and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience to him. (He made a point of telling me how much he appreciated it.) Other compliments have been received. That includes the neighbor who yelled across the easement from his perfect patio on how nice it looked, and one of my relatives who now wants to redo their deck. This was a job well done and worth every penny. My belief is it has added to the value of my home and also believe I will not need to replace it again. "The Jones company communicated well with us. They did architectural drawings and got HOA approval and then permits. They were able to finish building the deck several weeks before other companies could even start and for the same price. They threw in some extras and the deck looks beautiful. When we saw an imperfection they came back quickly to fix it. We couldn't be happier with a new deck."

"We hired Intelligent to replace our old wood deck with a covered composite deck. We received bids from 4 different companies and all the bids came reasonably close. Only 3 of 4 companies were willing to install a roof over the deck. Our deciding factor was the variety of decking to choose from, the quality of decking, the timeline and how well Tom their sales person answered our questions and did not pressure us. He came to our house twice and we exchanged several emails prior to us signing the contract. We actually had one more company scheduled to give us a bid but after our second meeting with Tom we were ready to book the job. The owner Mike and his office person Andrew maintained contact with us and answered questions. The job ended up costing a little more and took a little longer than expected. It was due to 2 unexpected issues beyond Intelligent or our control which caused a slight change in drawings, engineer approval and city inspection. Love our new covered deck!! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed."

"My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall."

"We, a HOA, did a competition to fix multiple locations our 20 year old white vinyl fence. The Easter attention to detail and price were fantastic and their price was far cheaper than their competition and our prior contractor. Although it took a few months for the repairs, it was still quicker than our prior contractor. A prior fence company had replaced posts higher than adjacent posts plus some lean a little. Easter repaired 12 different locations. All the posts were the same height as adjacent posts plus didn't lean. I know where all the repairs were completed. However, I could not distinguish between the old and repaired sections, except where one rail, which didn't need replacing, still had a small smudge from the dirty snow where it had been laying."

"We had reached out to a number of contractors and the majority never gave us a bid. With Jim we had a bid within a couple weeks. He handled our HOA information, city permits, lien waivers and he had a much better approach with building our new deck. We recently replaced our driveway and I was concerned that it not get damaged and he respected that. Overall very happy with the deck. We added a gate last minute and there was some confusion on the price, but he fully honored what he told us. The price was competitive and the construction is far superior to our old deck. I had a few questions/punch list items and Jim addressed them the next day. We choose Hungry Carpenter because he built my sisters deck and screened porch a few years ago and they were happy. Once we gave Jim the deposit check they moved forward quickly and exceeded when I was expecting it to be completed. Ultimately we love the deck and the pricing was competitive."
