"This was the first time I have used Angie's list, so as soon as I got the installation date I started looking in the handyman listings. I came across Honey Do's Solutions LLC. and read the reviews they were all A, then I saw he was located close by so I called. I told Jason what I needed and when he put me down for the morning after the installation but we changed it to afternoon. Jason arrived at the time he said he would and got right to work. I always think things are easier then they turn out to be and this job was no exception, the faucet was no problem but the new sink was a lot deeper then the old one and the disposal was a lot bigger. Jason made a quick trip to Home Depot got some fittings and pipe made a few adjustments hooked everything up and was done. It looked nice and neat under the sink, he cleaned up the work area checked for leaks everything was good. Jason is professional, friendly and easy to talk to he answers any question I had and his prices are very good. I will be calling him when I need some work done he is very versed in many different types of Jobs. I will give him 5 big THUMBS UP!!!!"

"I Asked Angie's List for help in finding a provider that could replace 4 damaged kitchen tiles.  They provided me 3 names and after reviewing reports I decided to try Tub Company.  I sent email with pics of the tile and in a day or two received a call from Jeff, the owner.  I explained I had replacement tiles and original grout. He asked a few questions but felt the pics provided enough info to give a bid over the phone.  I agreed and we set up an appointment.  Eli showed up.  He was very professional and courteous.  He did state the repair would kick up a lot of dust as grout would have to be cut with grinder.  Jeff had already alerted me to that over the phone.  Importantly I did express my concern about limiting the dust as best as possible.  Eli really did do a good job of sealing off the area as best as he could with plastic.  He also covered the kitchen cabinets, opened window and placed a fan in it to draw as much as possible outside.  He also used a grinder that had some sort of vacuum to draw as much of the dust as he could. Eli replaced three of the tiles and was able to patch a small chip in one tile so it did not need replacing, thereby saving me one of the few replacement tiles I had left in case I need a future repair.  Can't tell where chip was.  Good match. He set the tile and then let it sit overnight to get a good seal.  He then came back next morning and grouted.
I can't believe how much better the flooring looks in the kitchen.  I guess we just tolerated the cracked tiles and got used to it. My wife and I are very pleased with the job Tub Company did.

"We have used CW for years for all types of repairs and projects around the house.  We usually save up the small projects and have him come out 1-2 times a year.  He has always returned phone calls quickly and is extremely prompt and professional.  After a general project review, he will get always get right to work.(He does not waste your time and money with small talk.) He has a wide range of expertise: we have used him for projects including  plumbing, item assembly/installation, and hanging siding.

Be prepared to schedule your appointments well in advance (perhaps up to a month), especially in the spring/summer.  CW does quality work and the word is out.  However, he will often let you know if he has any cancellations and he is definitely worth the wait considering his level of professionalism and expertise.

"There were both good things and bad things about replacing a shower with Signature. The design phase went very well. The designer was helpful in narrowing down ideas and providing feedback while still allowing me to make the final choice. It was for help with design that I initially chose to use Signature. I also knew I would pay a little more for that service. However, after all the initial choices were laid out, some things started to go wrong. First, during install, four holes were accidentally poked all the way through the wall into the connecting room. While the holes were repaired by spackling and sanding over, I was now faced with having to repaint at a minimum a whole wall and possibly an entire master bedroom since the previous home owner did not leave any matching paint. Also after installation was done, I found some unused grout had been dumped at the side of my house by the garage instead of being disposed of properly. The real problem happened several months after the install. The entire faucet apparatus became loose from the wall. I called Signature to report the problem and after a couple weeks they finally sent out the original installer to fix it. It was tightened for a while, but again came loose after a few months. I again reported the problem to Signature and my designer but this time they did not contact me to take care of the problem. I ended up having to pay money to have a regular plumber come and take a look at it. They quickly identified that part of the valve must have broken during installation and instead of having a proper fix when the wall was open, a cheap jerry-built solution was attempted to be used not only on the original install (possibly tried to glue with silicone) but on the first re-fix as well. The plumber even found a drywall anchor used as part of the incorrect fix attempt. Long story short is the design and materials are good, but beware that customer service after the sale is terrible and your might be responsible for paying more for someone else to come fix their mistakes. I understand things rarely go perfect, but if they had owned up to their mistakes and fixed them properly, I would have considered using them again, albeit with a different installer who does not take shortcuts."

John came out to look at the job, gave me a lot of design ideas and even helped me pick the tile that would best fit for my bathroom. "Brian came out, on time, to give me a quote on fixing the leaks, one set of 4 windows and one set of 3, both 2 stories above deck. I know water leaks are tricky to trace, so his explanation on that was no surprise. There were a lot of loose ends on the trim from the last time someone replaced bad glass; he said he'd address that. (By the time those ends came loose years ago, the repair work was out of warranty.) He checked the water damage inside, the windows outside, gave me his recommendation, what he would do and how he would do it, and a bid. I had him put me on his schedule, as he was booked out aways. Brian called when my job was getting near the top of his list, which was helpful schedule-wise and also a relief, as I knew the time was near when I would not have to be home every time it rained to keep the water run-in under control. Brian and another guy arrived on time and got right to work. The windows looked fantastic when he was finished!--everything all tight and ship-shape, with new silicon seals all around. They look really good. Brian said to call him if there was any leakage. Where's a big windy rain storm when you need one? :) It was months before I had a storm with rain driving almost perpendicularly into the windows. That's when I knew Brian had stopped all the leaks. If anything other windows leak, I won't hesitate to call Brian."
