"He charged more to install pergola as his estimate was wrong on deck. I really got it cheaper. But fence quote was exepnsive. As fencing project five star ignoring price was a bit hight"

"Courteous, respectful and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch (we had enough of that from other landscapers). Norberto listened to our needs and provided a fair equitable estimate. They put in 55' hogwire fencing, built in a 55'×10' graveled dog run with a pavered walkway to our patio. They leveled out the lawn area, brought in top soil, grass seeded and covered it with peat moss. Seeding the lawn rather than installing sod helped to keep the costs down. Norberto also advised that they would return to resend any areas that may not take. The crew were great, they worked hard, were responsive to our questions, finished on time and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards."

"They did a good job installing my fence, quick and easy, I was even offered a cheaper alternative for materials."

"This project was in excellent hands from the very start. Robert Robison offered several ideas during the initial estimate meeting, and followed up with specifics that fit my needs perfectly. Work began soon thereafter. Both Robert and Scott were completely dependable, kept us informed on progress and completed the job with no problems or drawbacks. They proved to be very adaptable as various unexpected snags arose. And in the end, they even reattached my "invisible fence" wire. Topnotch work and service all around!"

"My 10-lb. dog has a fine big yard but she would be no match for the coyotes we are seeing in the area so I wanted a secure dog run. Mike came promptly to take measurements and made a very helpful suggestion regarding the layout. After he sent an estimate and I sent partial payment, he and Chuck installed the posts one day and within a second day had the fencing completed. It is exactly what I was hoping for. And I'm glad I went with the recommended black color."

"Iron Earth is the complete deal. They took down an 70 yr old garage that had seen much better days and replaced it with an exciting new garage and RV Port with a storage loft. Dan Faris and his crew did a marvelous job of tackling every step of the process; from planning, permitting, design, teardown, removal of old garage and every facet of the build. Unlike some contractors I've experienced in the past, he listened to our wants and needs. Discussing what could and couldn't be done while providing the details. I knew they were offering us to be partners in the process, not telling us what the project would be like others had. The team was professional and reliable i knew I could trust them in every facet. Iron Earth Construction and Dan Faris will be my go to for future projects, as I know I can rely on them."

"I had a fence replacement project involved replacing 110 linear square feet of wire fence with vinyl. Originally I'd hired another contractor who had me buy the material and put down half the cost of labor before even doing any work. After a week and a half of delays with terrible communication and no work done, I fired them and found GeoHousingLLC. Gio came by to survey the land, offered me a much more reasonable quote, promised to begin work immediately, and assured me I didn't have to pay until all work was done. Whenever things came up that required my attention, he kept me informed every step of the way . All in all, they finished within the time frame estimated and the end product looks spectacular. 5 out of 5 would hire again."

"The Bluegrass Construction team did a great job with my fence project. It was a bit complicated at the start as I was installing a horizontal, mid-century style fence to replace 250+ linear feet of older vertical picket fencing. Some upfront engineering/design work was necessary to figure out how to manage the transition and step-down of the fence panels with the various changes in grades of the yard - but after working with the team the first few days to figure out pattern and style, the fencing went up very quickly and came out looking great. The team was really flexible to accommodate what we were trying to accomplish and checked in often to make sure everything was in step with the overall plan. As we ran into some grading challenges, the team helped figure out the logical path forward at minimal change order expense. They also helped coordinate with five neighbors involved with the project. Can't recommend the team highly enough and I will plan to reach out to Bluegrass with my next phase of fencing work in the new year. Thanks again for the hard work and professionalism of the Bluegrass Team. You did a great job for sure!"

". . . two years after his installation of wrought-iron bannisters in front of my home, I began to notice places where the protective enamel coating the iron was flaking off, allowing the iron beneath to rust.  I called Mr. Volkan and he agreed that this was covered by his warranty, though he said that it was a third-party provider whose enamelling work was defective.  He said he would take action on this. That was nearly a year ago.  I never heard from him again.
