The owner has great communication skills. He made sure I knew and understood everything that he will be doing to my floors. He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. If you are looking to have your hardwood floors refinishing, fixed, or just need to get new hardwood floors I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did. My floors look great. If I ever need to redo my hardwood floors I will definitely use this company again."

"Keenen is amazing! He replaced a variety of floor surfaces with vinyl plank throughout our newly purchased home and replaced the tile floor in the bathroom with Marmoleum. The results are stunning and transformed the house! He had to deal with layers of old vinyl, old carpet, and stairs with an uneven cement surface. He demonstrated his expertise with his solutions for each problematic area. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He fit the job in between other previously scheduled jobs so we wouldn’t have to wait long to move in, and completed the project in a timely manner. His initial estimate was close to the final cost and he explained in detail all extra costs. The final cost was very reasonable. In addition to his expertise, Keenen communicates clearly and consistently and is extremely personable. The overall experience was painless and we’re very pleased with the outcome!"

"I know Empire hires many sub-contractors to complete the contract in the 1 day policy . I hired them for a Naghbor that is bed ridden. They tried to talk her into canceling the contract,stating that the flooring was inferior for her Needs. Too cheap, thin & flimsy. She has 2 grown children that are lazy. Their dog is the reason needing new flooring. I personally did 90% of the demo & rehab the sub- flooring just for that reason. The installers just needed to do 1 room. I suspected they didn't want to handle the removal of carpet/padding.The dog was not a factor in that area. They did the job & she is happy with it. I'm not happy w/their work ethic & customer service. Don' lie to get out of a job, suck it up or just quit."

"It was very easy to set up a day and time. They came home in 2 days after my call. They repair the space that I asked and for that, they need it some carpet that I had in a walking closet. They took that out, repaired it, and he offer me for free a piece that match good in the closet. They were fast, easy and very convenient in price. He told me that he wants to see the clients happy, so he offers me lifetime warranty."

"Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. Not only would I hire them again but I have already gotten a quote to do matching railing on my concrete porch steps, which they will do as soon as the materials arrive, and in a few months Iâ ll have them back to retile around my fireplace. Very satisfied with the work, the speed & the team."
