"I would give zero stars if that were an option. We paid five hundred dollars to have our large driveway cleared of snow, and the service we received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The job was only half done. They removed the soft snow but left a thick layer of hard packed snow on top and barely applied any de icing material. For the amount of money we paid, I expected a thorough and complete job, not something that still left the driveway unsafe and unfinished. On top of that, I should not have had to supervise workers who were hired to do their own job properly. Without constant oversight, nothing was done correctly. They also caused damage to our property by destroying parts of our lawn and moving a large number of rocks out of the driveway. As a result, the driveway now looks worse than before, with visible patches of dirt, displaced rocks, and remaining snow. He (the owner) was extremely rude when we tried to call back to fix things very unprofessional. "
