It is difficult to find an excellent contractor who is willing to take on a major remodeling project in old construction, and who handles it efficiently, cost-effectively, and with perfection. This time we were remodeling a 110 year-old bathroom. When we got down to the studs, joists, and rafters, the plans were worthless because of all the surprises. Unphased, the crew was able to trace every hidden wire to destination and source, re-route them as needed, install a new, larger, circuit breaker box, pull wire through neatly, clearly identify and label everything, and finish beautifully the lighting, overhead heating, floor heating, and exhaust fixtures, making for a beautiful bath. "Daniel addressed a not so straightforward switch replacement that I had botched. Not only did have to install it right but also had to diagnose and replace the circuit breaker in the panel. He also had to further diagnose a wire that had been melted and address that as well. He showed great problem solving skills, cleaned up and was extremely professional and friendly. "Project was done quickly. Price was higher that others, but I hired them because they could address my issue immediately that same day. I had a small fire in my electrical box and needed the box and breakers replaced. Tech was knowledgeable and nice work work with and provided updates as he worked. He finished the job within a few hours. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5…price was high. Also, I came home the day after the job was done and my furnace was off and my washer/dryer breaker was tripped. Haven’t determined the cause yet, but will provide an update once I figure it out or have Precision back out to check things. "
