"Flo arrived on time as scheduled for the project. All necessary supplies were on hand. He and his associate worked smoothly together. The project consisted of replacing 11 steps and risers and all stair trim. Flo completed the carpentry part in one day. His painters came the next day and applied 2 coats of paint. The porch looks great. The project price was fair and competitive. Not only are we 100% satisfied with Osman Carpentry, but we are scheduled to have them complete another 3 projects for us and probably a 4th project after that. You will be glad you hired them. "Marcin OF Martin Hardwood Flooring did a fantastic job! The floor looks 100% better then when they were first installed. There were spaces between boards, chips where the finish was gone and lots of dents. the wood came with a very high polish which showed the imperfections and Marcin made the wood look fabulous. He finished the work in two days and we decided to let the finish cure an extra night so on the third day his crew came to lift the stove, rerigerator and table back into the kitchen. His price was the best out of four and if you want someone that does a really great job, he is the person to hire. Doorways, cabinets, and counters were all covered with plastic! I could not have asked for more of anything! Padding rugs were even put down for the temporary placement of my stove and refrigerator in my living room."

"Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed. In the end we are very happy with the product and the quality of the work. A major windstorm hit the area the day after the work was completed and put the installation to the test. Everything held up perfectly...no loose bits flapping on the house or flying around the yard. In researching this project ahead of time, we had spoken with many friends who've had their siding replaced and none of them were especially happy with their contractor.
