He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Their work is holding up well.  They matched my house perfectly.  It looks like it is freshly painted all the time.  It is a lifetime guarantee which has held up.  Before they came, they did major reconstruction work around some areas that we didn’t even know needed to be reconstructed.  They were very careful to check like window sills and the baseboards of the windows.  We had carpenter ants and so the windows had to be redone.  They fixed them.  They found the flaws in the construction and they fixed them.  They caulked and primed everything.  It was a very big job.  They were very nice guys and it was a good crew.  They were professional and they knew what they were doing.  The price was high but it was worth it.  If something comes up in the future, they will rectify it which is part of the deal."
