"We had an old refrigerator in our garage that was not working.  Norman (from Delta Appliances) came out for a diagnostic check. He stated that it would be costly to repair and suggested buying a new one. This in turn led to a conversation about buying a used one (since this was for the garage). He mentioned that he has a shop with used appliances and quickly sent us photos of what was available within our price range. "I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated.
