Charlie went over the plan and pricing before starting work- repairing a broken bathtub drain and piping to locate a main shutoff valve inside the house instead of in the crawlspace. The workmanship is excellent- Charlie & Matt took great pains to insure there were no leaks and did a good job cleaning up. The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. "Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. We are extremely pleased with the team Keith and his son and highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing!"
