Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. He was careful to keep the area clean, did a fantastic job of cleaning out our chimney, and gave us many pointers on what type of wood to burn as well as how to operate the damper on the chimney (we were clueless, since we never had a chimney before). He also took the time to give us safety tips concerning how to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning."

"The Merillat Roofing Team did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They came by, ripped out the old roof, replaced it, and did it all in a timely manner. This was for a secondary flat roof, not the primary one. When it comes time to replace my primary (hopefully many years from now), I will call them in again."

"They sent a reminder, called to say they were on their way, arrived on time, were considerate of all of the pets and were done in 2 1/2 hours. Nice guys who even offered to sweep up small bits afterwards. My only suggestion is that the owner should write an estimate at the end of the estimation appointment or at least offer to email the exact estimate later in the day/ I had to write down everything he said. He arrived without anything in his hand and even had to go back to his truck for his business card. I got an email estimate only after I called to say I might like to go with him but wanted something in writing."
