"I just want to say Andres, owner of Rolam Glass is a straight up, polite person. Our tempered glass in one of our barn doors shattered. Our intent was to replace it. Andres quoted me a price for exactly that work. However, the type of white frosted glass to match other door is from China. US made frosted temper has a different hue. When Andres arrived with the glass, we found that out. What Andres did was just amazing. He came back the next day with an exact match barn door and glass. He bought the door and did not charge me because he felt compelled to override the cost because of the delay in completing our project. "Sergio was amazing! He was able to use the existing materials we at at the house. ( We tried to DIY it and it did not go well.) I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. I also explained that we did not have all the tools that we needed to get it done ourselves and I was worried about it not being repaired correctly.
