"Andrew came to our house between Ann Arbor and Plymouth at 8 PM on Tuesday when a storm caused an electrical outage. We had a generator but we're only getting partial power in the house. Andrew ran tests inside the house, determining that not enough power was coming into the house. He then started testing different areas of the generator until he found the part not working. Once he located the problem, he quickly fixed it. Because he didn't give up on me or my problem, he restored electricity, saving me hundreds from food spoilage in a refrigerator and freezer. I don't think most electricians would have stuck with the problem or been able or willing to fix the generator. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."

"Great on time service. Clean, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have working for me, they displayed the desire to "go the extra mile" to make sure that I was informed all thru the project and happy. Completing the job in a perfect manner was the only way acceptable to them, which pleased me. I had a complete residential electrical overhaul, Electric Pannel, Meter Box, etc., along with a Generac stand by generator installed, which also utilized the Plumbing division of their company. I could not be more pleased with the customer service, the work completed, the technicians and the pricing. Seriously, I hire contractors for projects that I am not comfortable attacking, and as for Contractors...they always disappoint me in one regard or another. there is usually some sort of problem or mis-representation or price changes, and I am always nervous about them being in my home and doing a proper job. Not these guys, I would have no problem giving them a key and alarm code to come and complete a job at my house without me there. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"Terry, of Run Electric, Inc., worked diiligently running up and down the stairs of my 3 story house for 2 days. I found him to be hard working, competent as an electrician, energetic, anxious to please, and personable. My older home had some unpleasant "surprises" for him, but he managed to overcome them. "I called Don and inquired about getting my RV Onan 4000 generator repaired. It would start then run a few minutes and shut down. Don ask a few questions and quickly guessed it to be a failing fuel pump. He said he had to the parts in stock and could come to my RV site and repair it the next morning.....THE NEXT MORNING ! ! Most of the places I called on my journey said they could repair it but it couldn't be dome for two weeks AND then if it needed parts I had to wait another two weeks. "The electrician was terrific, personable and competent. My electrical fuse box was tested and determined to be in good shape. The technician recommended that a surge protector be installed on the main electrical box which I decided to do. He was also straight forward in mentioning that the issue I was concerned about (3 I-Phone adapters/chargers stopped working in a 2 week period) was curious and that it might be caused by "dirty" electricity from DTE."
