They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed. He exceeded our expectations. We will hire him again for any other construction needs."

We had out of town guests coming and our downstairs bathroom was to say the least an embarrassment. I was a little skeptical about Joe's promise that he could get our bathroom remodel done in just two weeks. I was getting a little nervous because we were coming down to the wire and it didn't look like he'd be done in time.  But he did  - and it turned out beautiful. Joe was very pleasant, professional and helpful. When he first started tearing out the old shower he found that the main drain pipe had been leaking (apparently for a while). He replaced it and the wood that was rotted. I'm sure he saved us a lot of money down the road. Joe did all the work himself, except on the Saturday before our guests arrived his wife came to help grout the tiles in the shower. She did a nice job.
When the job was done, Joe cleaned up the area and didn't leave a mess.
There was a small tile on the outside of the shower that was missing and we didn't have "hot-hot" water in the shower. I called Joe and the next day he came to look at it. He then came back the day after and fixed it.
When he gave us the estimate it was almost $1,000 less than what it ended up costing. However, with the cost of replacing and repairing the pipes and rotted wood we are still pleased and would not hesitate using Joe's Seamless Transition Construction company again.

While he did a very nice job overall, I will have to go back and touch up on his paint job. He missed a couple of spots - I'm sure that was due to the fact that this was such a quick remodel.
Overall we were very pleased with his work and would recommend him.

They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails. "It was perfect. I hired Roger because I trusted him. His company did work for me in 2013 and I was very pleased then. I am even more pleased now! I thought I needed to replace the siding all the way around my house (it's 40 years old). A neighbor painted his and, while it looked okay, the painting was so expensive that I thought I'd see if there was an in-between solution. Roger said he could replace just the south side (first and second floor) and match the existing front and back. I got home tonight and the work is PERFECT. The south side (attached garage on lower level, my office and a bedroom on upper level) have new siding that perfectly matches the 40-year-old stuff AND everything looks new. Roger called me first thing to say his crew was at my house and he was heading over to check on things. We talked about the job and he informed me that my office window had some messy caulk - he cleaned it up and made sure it was sealed tight for winter. I would hire this company to do any sort of remodeling work and I'm thrilled."
