"Anthony is a great dude gives you the feeling that you were best friends and his work was excellent I’m not a techie guy but he came and looked at what we had from a new home to my wife and I is owner didn’t show us how to operate cameras super complicated surround sound system that old owner left, In a short time everything was working perfectly Anthony knows what he doing super clean and detailed work not the cheapest but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny!! Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Service was great. I called four other electrical contractors to come out to give me an estimate and no one would bother. I called Inter Faith and they were here within the hour.
I had an issue with installation of a central vacuum since it was installed over 10 years ago, where the installer did not run a dedicated line for the furnace and the vacuum separately. The installer just put in a plug to be able to plug in the vacuum and furnace/ac blower at the same time. If I ran the two at the same time it would trip the breaker and neither would work.
Inter Faith ran a dedicated line to my vacuum, separate from the furnace. They did the job neatly and quickly. At first I though their quote was expensive, but after seeing what they had to do I am very happy with the price.
I would highly recommend them to do any work. They are now going to quote upgrading my solar system.

"Anthony showed up on time prepared to take my existing system down and replace it with my new media cabinet with a faux fireplace. Very professional pleasant and knowledgeable. They did a great job. He came back the next day with a new TV and installed it beautifully. No wires mounted on the wall. Also installed my existing TV on the wall in the bedroom. I will definitely refer to AVA for any future audio video needs."
