I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. "I will start with the initial meeting and the permitting process. Bryan took over for a previously fired GC and got right to business. We started off fairly well as the main slab, framers and roofers did a proficient job. We had some issues with water intrusion during rain storms that were not addressed after several texts asking for help to keep the rain from leaking into the main house. From this point it just seemed like the communication completely broke down between Brian communicating his game plans with us and getting his contractors to show up. Addressing our concerns as the customer was became obvious that it was of no importance. We had to become our own project managers as Bryan was seldom on site. If we could get contractors on site 3 days a week and 4-5hrs a day that would be a good week. Deficiencies were half way addressed or not at all. Blue tape would be removed but touch-up work left undone. Very frustrating and disappointing as we started off well. Just my overall."

"I could not have been more pleased with Chris Barnhardt and his crew. We needed what we though was a very straight-forward repair on four support posts that were rotted. Chris came out and gave a detailed estimate that was very reasonable and more complete than several others I received, and we signed a contract. Communication and timeliness were excellent throughout the process, and once permits and plans were complete, work on the balcony started. That's when things took some very unexpected turns as we found more and more rotted wood on the first and second story framing. We required a change order to accomplish all of the things that we found wrong, and given the scope of the final project, I just had to get the work done and worry about the cost later. In the end, Chris's crew replaced about 80% of the entire balcony, salvaging whatever areas they could. And the final product looks great! The additional cost was very fair and reasonable. I will hire Chris again in the future and highly recommend him for any general contractor requirements! Fair price, quality work -- it doesn't get any better!"
