I knew what I was going to have to pay before the work was even started because of the thorough inspection of the roof  before the proposal was submitted to me. I was impressed with the fact that they did not scrimp on materials. After the underlayment was put on a rainstorm ensued and even without the shingles installed, the roof didn't leak. The nice looking shingles were the icing on the cake.
