Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"We had Schoeman Construction do a major kitchen remodel this year (2023). Everyone on their staff was knowledgeable, professional and great to have in our home. They handled almost every aspect of the remodel and when they had to have a subcontractor come in, they were also just as professional and pleasant. There were understandably some hiccups which happens, but the issues were addressed and fixed to everyone's satisfaction. They will give you as much or as little input as you want/need to make your vision a reality. It's nice to have a contractor that takes pride in their work, making sure it is as perfect as it can possibly be and are also a company filled with genuinely nice people who also care and what things to be just what you wanted. "I put in a quote request for our smaller project to Rossi Construction. We were told by a window and door company that we would need a general contractor. This is a general contractor who advertises that they do windows and doors. However, I got back a response stating that this isn't something they could help with, but to keep them in mind for "whole house remodel, bathrooms, and kitchens". So they don't do the work they advertise, and it appears that our project was too small for them. What's confusing is if you look them up their most recent projects in our county are windows. Unfortunately for them we also have 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that need remodeling, and we were trying to do one at a time and find a good contractor to go forward with the other two. I'm disappointed that supposedly good companies like this feel that small projects aren't worth their time."
