Once Ritz began the remodel, I was kept in the loop from permits, inspections, timelines, and everything else. I was never guessing. The project manger, Aiden, listened to all my questions and made sure I understood each decision made. When it came to the details, Aiden was always a phone call away. He spent hours working to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the end results. Ritz was professional and timely and even completed the project within in the timeframe (over a month earlier than projected). During demolition, the crew worked to overcome any challenges that came their way. The construction process moved quickly and each team was professional. All subcontractors were part of the team ( plumbing, flooring, painting, etc.) they always were professional and answered any questions I had. Even during a pandemic, Ritz was able to design and build my dream home. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication to the remodel. Aiden is knowledgeable with his skills and handy work and led the team with excellence. Eddie designed a home that met all my family needs. The crews were top notch and the best of the best.
