"J Sitko was highly responsive to our request through Angie's. Jack Sitko came out and gave us a thorough & detailed quote for our deck replacement and exterior wall/siding repair. The team was very responsive to our initial questions, and when we selected Sitko for the work took care of all the steps from design and permitting through final inspection. The crew came quickly and worked steadily throughout the whole project, even in the colder days of December. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The deck went up quickly and was exceedingly well built and secured. The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material. Sitko took care of our punch list promptly, making sure we were completely satisfied. The whole project took less than a month, and we now have a new exterior space to enjoy come spring!"

"MyGC has phenomenal customer service. We weren t sure if we wanted stain or paint or a combination of both, and they took the time to send us images of various options so we could consider it. Jason came for test sanding and waited patiently while my husband and I hemmed and hawed over wood stain samples. When we ran out of sanded deck and still weren t satisfied with the color options, he sanded more and then suggested mixing various stains to find a new color that would work perfectly. After each day of painting, sanding or staining, Jason would come back to check the work of his colleagues and make sure we were satisfied. I am an amateur woodworker and I notice the small details of excellent craftmanship and the attention to detail was very evident. The customer service from Leonard as well as the entire construction crew was superb. They showed up every day on time and left the site clean and orderly each evening. Even during a downpour they improvised and did a lot of preconstruction in my garage so as not to delay the project. There were some unforeseen issues with the way my home was constructed and the crew carefully pointed out a few options that would work to make the deck safe. I appreciated the care they took to make sure I was comfortable with the changes they suggested and how we mutually agreed to move forward with the modifications. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with.
