"J Sitko was highly responsive to our request through Angie's. Jack Sitko came out and gave us a thorough & detailed quote for our deck replacement and exterior wall/siding repair. The team was very responsive to our initial questions, and when we selected Sitko for the work took care of all the steps from design and permitting through final inspection. The crew came quickly and worked steadily throughout the whole project, even in the colder days of December. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The deck went up quickly and was exceedingly well built and secured. The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material. Sitko took care of our punch list promptly, making sure we were completely satisfied. The whole project took less than a month, and we now have a new exterior space to enjoy come spring!"

"Eddie, the owner, was super prompt with his quote and scheduling the work. The crew was very efficient and courteous. They built an entire deck in a day and a half and everyone wanted to be sure I was happy with the results and were very responsive to my final fixes. Overall, a positive experience."

"MyGC has phenomenal customer service. We weren t sure if we wanted stain or paint or a combination of both, and they took the time to send us images of various options so we could consider it. Jason came for test sanding and waited patiently while my husband and I hemmed and hawed over wood stain samples. When we ran out of sanded deck and still weren t satisfied with the color options, he sanded more and then suggested mixing various stains to find a new color that would work perfectly. After each day of painting, sanding or staining, Jason would come back to check the work of his colleagues and make sure we were satisfied. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and thoughtful every step of the way."

"K,B&D Remodeling, LLC is extremely knowledgeable in their craft. The carpentry work on my deck, porch, and on 30 windows is A+ ! Iâ m extremely satisfied with their work. Curb appeal looks outstanding. Their fine work and knowledge in the trade is a given and it definitely shows. But what sets this company apart is their integrity, character, and professionalism. 100% Class act operation. Will definitely call them back In April 2023 for a spring project."

"Rick and his incredible team of professionals far exceeded our expectations. The project, included a complete demolition of our backyard. They installed and build a beautiful new cedar wood fence. They tore down an old deck with a pergola and installed beautiful pavers. They rebuilt and sided our existing garage. Finally, they build a gorgeous new, raised deck off the back of our house. Every worker was friendly, conscientious, and extremely talented. The workmanship is outstanding. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Rick and his entire team. We will most certainly be working together again."

"I had these guys do my front and back porch. Can't say enough good things about Mark, Bonnie, and the crew over at Framar porches. From the permit and drawings all the way to the little finishes, these guys were on top of it. I would highly recommend hiring these guys if your looking to redo your porch!"

"I asked for a new deck and got a work of art! I could not be more pleased with the new deck that was built by Peoples Choice Home Improvement. I am an amateur woodworker and I notice the small details of excellent craftmanship and the attention to detail was very evident. The customer service from Leonard as well as the entire construction crew was superb. They showed up every day on time and left the site clean and orderly each evening. Even during a downpour they improvised and did a lot of preconstruction in my garage so as not to delay the project. There were some unforeseen issues with the way my home was constructed and the crew carefully pointed out a few options that would work to make the deck safe. I appreciated the care they took to make sure I was comfortable with the changes they suggested and how we mutually agreed to move forward with the modifications. Other companies might have just proceeded leaving the issues to show up at a future date. I rarely give reviews or recommendations but I felt compelled to write this one. The best testament to outstanding work is the fact that my neighbors have all been asking for Leonardâ s business card. I would not hesitate to suggest Peopleâ s Choice to anyone and I will be using them for future projects."

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."

"We used "the Smart housing Solutions" to build our backyard deck with clear pergola roof. the Smart Houses Team did a fabulous job with the deck and the pergola and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The job was done very professionally and thoroughly !!"

"I needed to have a new countertop, kitchen sink, and install gas cooktop. So based on reviews we trusted. We choose Slip Proof. This company certainly delivered a good product. When the work was completed I sent my out of the area daughter pictures. She was equally impressed, as we are. I didn't know Frank before we hired him. Hired him on the great reviews. So here I am adding what he earned. Project came out beautifully. On schedule and budget. Frank is a very pleasant person, sincere and I felt he cares about his work and people. He listens, cares, and gets the project completed. Will we hire him again? Most definitely, will I recommend him to family and friends? Most definitely. My first thoughts were “Oh he's a bit far from us”. Not a problem at all. Our project was finished on schedule. Also this company works all over. So… Glad we hired Frank and his team. You will not be disappointed with their work and he is very customer oriented as well."
